Methods

From Jan. 2015 to Apr. 2016, 58 patients with tumor resection of liver V, Ⅵ, Ⅶ; Including 14 cases of liver V section′s tumor resection, 18 cases of liver Ⅵ section′s tumor resection , 6 cases of liver Ⅶ section′s tumor resection, 9 cases of liver V, Ⅵ section′s tumor resection, 11 cases of liver Ⅵ, Ⅶ resection.

Results

58 cases was all complete laparoscopic surgical operation, accounting for V, Ⅵ, Ⅶ segmental liver cancer about 96%, Alllaparoscopic liver resection was successfully performed and no case was transferred to open.

Conclusions

The tumor of Liver V, Ⅵ, Ⅶ section, because of its special position , shows much difficulties in laparoscopic , but we adjust the patient position and improVe the liver tumor exposure, the laparoscopic tumor′s resection become smoothly.
