Abstract:

Since 1980 s, with the high resolution, high frequency, real-time sensor, multi-frequency sensor and flexible probe intraoperative ultrasound has applied to surgery. Intraoperative ultrasound can identify the lesion in operation more precisely and its relationship with surrounding tissues. Compared to the pre-operative ultrasound intraoperative ultrasound has much more consistency with postoperative pathology, which has gradually become an important auxiliary equipment of surgery. However, the application and evaluation of intraoperative ultrasound in domestic gynecologic surgery is rare. This review comments the validity and availability of the intraoperative ultrasound in gynecologic surgery based on foreign research.
