Abstract:

Metastasis of lymph node is the one of the most important factors affecting the prognosis of cervical cancer. Metastasis of para-aortic lymph node decide the follow-up treatment of cervical cancer and the range of the middle-late radiation exposure. As laparoscopic minimally invasive techniques are extensively developed, laparoscopic para-aortic lymphadenectomy has been gradually perfect. In this paper, a brief overview was made on the main technical points of the surgical approach and relevant anatomy.
