Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of "Yin′s" T-tube placement and T-tube placement in laparoscopic cholangiojejunostomy.

Methods

The study retrospectively analyzed 162 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholangiojejunostomy from Jan. 2015 to Aug. 2017 in Hunan Provincial People′s Hospital.122 cases adopted "Yin′s" T-tube placement method (observation group), and 40 cases used conventional T-tube placement method (control group). The operation time, bleeding during placement, the incidence of biliary tract bleeding and the incidence of postoperative bile leakage were compared between the observation group and the control group.

Results

The observation group consisted of 122 patients aged from 3-75 years, with an age of (48.84 ± 16.01) years and a control group of 40 patients aged from 4-74 years, with an age of(46.03 ± 17.14)years.Compared with the conventional method, "Yin′s" T-tube placement method had shorter placement time [(5.42±2.12)min vs (14.54±5.41)min, P<0.00], but there was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding, the incidence of biliary tract bleeding and the incidence of postoperative bile leakage between the two methods (P>0.05).

Conclusions

"Yin′s" T-tube placement method in laparoscopic cholangiojejunostomy is safe, reliable, simple and worthy of widespread promotion.
