Results

All the 7 cases of laparoendoscopic adenomyomectomy were successful, none of them were transferred to laparotomy, no other port incision was needed. The patients all recovered well and were plesaed with the esthetic effect . Follow-up after discharge showed that the patient′s menstrual volume was significantly reduced, dysmenorrhea symptoms were significantly improved, and the quality of life was significantly improved.
