Abstract:

Objective

To study the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with gastric cancer treated with laparoscopic distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer.

Methods

A total of 51 patients with gastric cancer who had been treated in our hospital for a period of time were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, there were 21 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. The control group used traditional methods for distal assisted laparoscopic gastrectomy treatment; treatment group with triangular anastomosis totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy for treatment.

Results

The treatment group of patients with gastric cancer operation time and postoperative hospitalization treatment time was shorter than the control group, the difference was significant (P< 0.05); only 1 cases of perioperative adverse events, fewer than 5cases in the control group, significant difference between groups (P<0.05) disease; before and after surgery pain VAS scores improved significantly higher than that in the control group, significant difference (P< 0.05).

Conclusions

The treatment of patients with gastric cancer by laparoscopic surgery with triangular anastomosis is a good way to reduce adverse events, to ensure the safety of surgery and shorten the treatment time.
