Abstract

Objective

To investigate the safety and the practicability of the non-intubated lobe sleeve-lobectomy.

Methods

Here we presented a technique of non-intubated right middle lobe sleeve-lobectomy via uniport-VATS with monitored anesthesia care for the first time.

Results

Fully recovery was obtained in the patients.

Conclusions

Non-intubated lobe sleeve-lobectomy is a safe and effective procedure.
