Abstract:

Laparoscopy has been widely used in sigmoid colon cancer, and radical resection of sigmoid colon cancer under laparoscopy has also experienced long-time developments and improvements. There are many treatment points and precautions for laparoscopic radical resection of sigmoid colon cancer, including four major aspects: surgical anatomy, nutrient vessel ligation and lymph node dissection, surgical approach selection, and digestive tract reconstruction; through natural cavity laparoscopic radical resection of sigmoid colon cancer has also been used clinically, but its ethics and safety need to be further explored; clinically, sigmoid colon cancer often merges with other benign and malignant diseases. These problems are mainly discussed separately. The treatment methods and principles of acute intestinal obstruction, other primary malignant tumors, gallbladder stones and uterine fibroids are discussed. Finally, the precautions and points of laparoscopic hole reduction operations, especially single port operations, are discussed. The above results are expected to provide strong support for the standardized treatment of sigmoid colon cancer under laparoscopy in the future.
