Abstract:

Objective

To evaluate the safety and availability of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy following programmamed process.

Methods

100 cases undergone laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in Sun Yet-sen Memorial Hospital from Jan. 2016 to Dec. 2017 with complete clinical data were collected. Several indicators of perioperative period were analyzed between the experimental group (50 cases with programmed process) and the control group(50 cases without programmed process).

Results

There was no significant difference in preoperative data between the experimental group and the control group(P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the operative time in experimental group was significantly shorter [(256.4 ± 50.64)min vs (298.5 ± 87.23)min], the amount of bleeding was significantly reduced [(84.5 ± 32.82)ml vs ( 218.9 ± 88.73)ml] (P< 0.05), and the occurrence of postoperative morbidity and postoperative hospitalization time were no statistically significant differences(P> 0.05).

Conclusions

Followed accurate preoperative evaluation, procedural procedure of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy is feasible, which can shorten operation time obviously, and the short-term therapeutic effect is good.
