悬吊免气腹经脐单孔腹腔镜在妇产科疾病应用进展

Progress in the application of gasless laparoscopic single-port laparoscopy in gynecological diseases

20世纪90年代起,悬吊免气腹腹腔镜手术飞速发展。现结合国内外报道,针对此手术的发展历史及临床应用作一综述。对比悬吊免气腹腹腔镜与传统腹腔镜在治疗妇产科疾病中的临床效果,分析悬吊免气腹腹腔镜的优势,探讨其有效性和应用进展。

Since the 1990s, gasless laparoscopic surgery has developed rapidly. Now combined with domestic and foreign reports, the development history and clinical application of this operation are reviewed. To compare the clinical effects of gasless laparoscopy and traditional laparoscopy in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology, and to analyze the advantages of gasless laparoscopy and to explore its effectiveness and application progress.
