目的

研究自制自动打开的标本袋在胸腔镜手术中的临床应用价值。

方法

收集2016年6月至2017年4月在广西中医药大学第一附属医院接受胸腔镜手术治疗的27例患者，术中标本切除后采用自制自动打开的标本袋进行标本取出。计算标本袋制作、标本取出的时间及相关并发症。

结果

27例患者术中标本袋均很容易制作[(15 ± 5)s]并可快速将标本取出[(30 ± 10)s]。全组患者的手术切口无感染、无延期愈合、无肿瘤种植。

结论

自制自动打开的标本袋制作简单、使用方便，可节省手术时间、降低医疗成本。

Objective

The study is to evaluate the clinical application value of custom-made automatic opening specimen retrieval bag in thoracoscopic surgery.

Methods

Between Jun. 2016 and Apr. 2017, the samples were taken out use the custom-made automatic opening specimen retrieval bag in a total of 27 patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital. Custom-made automatic opening specimen retrieval bag production, specimen extraction and incision complication were analyzed.

Results

Among the 27 patients, the custom-made automatic opening specimen retrieval bags were easy to make[ (15 ± 5)s], and the samples were also easy to take out [(30 ± 10)s], without incision infections, incision disunions, or tumor implantation.

Conclusions

The custom-made automatic opening specimen retrieval bag for thoracoscopic surgery is easy to make and use, and could obviously reduce the hospitalization costs and shorten the operation time.
