完全腹腔镜前侧切除术治疗直肠癌51例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 51 cases of laparoscopic surgery rectal cancer

目的

探讨完全腹腔镜前侧切除术治疗直肠癌的临床疗效。

方法

回顾性分析2013年1月至2014年12月在新疆自治区人民医院行完全腹腔镜前侧切除术治疗的51例直肠癌患者的完整临床资料,研究其安全性与有效性。

结果

51例患者未出现一例术中死亡,其中46例腹腔镜手术顺利完成,5例(9.8%)进行中转开腹。手术时间(114.0± 57.2)min,术中出血(107.4 ± 72.9)ml。术后感染1例,经积极治疗后治愈。

结论

采用完全腹腔镜前侧切除术治疗直肠癌是一种有效的治疗方案,具有损伤小、并发症少、生存率高及复发率低、康复快等优势,值得推广。

Objective

To discuss laparoscopic surgery anterior resection clinical efficacy of the treatment of rectal cancer.

Methods

Retrospective analysis of Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2014 in our hospital during the laparoscopic surgery rectal anterior resection treatment of 51 cases of rectal cancer patients with complete clinical data as the research object, the study on the safety and effectiveness of this method of treatment.

Results

51 patients did not appear death cases, including 46 cases of laparoscopic operation is completed, the remaining 5 cases (9.8%) were converted to laparotomy. Operation time was (114.0 ± 57.2) min, the bleeding amount in operation process (107.4 ± 72.9) ml. Postoperative infection in 1 case, positive after treatment were improved.

Conclusions

The use of laparoscopic surgery anterior resection for rectal cancer is a kind of effective treatment, with little injury, fewer complications, survival rate and recurrence rate, quick recoveryand a series of advantages, is worthy of promotion.
