Accurate localization and resection of small pulmonary nodules assisted by mixed reality technique
Yongfu Ma, Yunjing Li, Tong Zhang, Changjiang Feng, Junyi Pan, Yang Liu
    Chinese Journal of Laparoscopic Surgery(Electronic Edition) 2019, 12 (03): 179-181. DOI: 10.3877/cma.j.issn.1674-6899.2019.03.012
    Abstract (29) HTML (0) PDF (817 KB) (6)
    Objective

To explore the feasibility of using mixed reality technique to assist the accurate localization of pulmonary nodules.

    Methods

A patient with a small pulmonary nodule in Department of Thoracic Surgery, Chinese PLA General Hospital was selected and underwent thoracoscopic pulmonary wedge resection with perfect preoperative examination and no absolute surgical contraindication. The chest CT in supine position was used to reconstruct the body surface and the target lesion before operation. The auxiliary line was drawn up and the hookwire localization was used to localize the target lesion. At last, the accuracy of localization was further verified by CT in the OR. Then the lesion was resected completely.

    Results

The location of the lesion was accurate and the patient was discharged from hospital successfully 4 days after the surgery.

    Conclusions

This paper reports a case of accurate localization of a small pulmonary nodule assisted by mixed reality technique. The localization process was smooth and accurate, which is expected to open a new chapter in the localization of small pulmonary nodules in thoracic surgery. The further exploration and application of this technology will bring more development and prospect for thoracic surgery.

Application research on accurate information economy accounting management of high value consumables of Da Vinci robot in operation room
Caixia Yin, Xin Dong, Li Jin
    Chinese Journal of Laparoscopic Surgery(Electronic Edition) 2017, 10 (03): 186-189. DOI: 10.3877/cma.j.issn.1674-6899.2017.03.017
    Abstract (25) HTML (0) PDF (679 KB) (1)
    Objective

To improve the accuracy of the Da Vinci robot high value information management efficiency, standardize the management process.

    Methods

To evaluate the situation of high value consumables of Da Vinci robot in operation room of our hospital, and compare the results of the implementation of accurate information economy accounting management before and after the implementation of accurate information.

    Results

The management of the number of times, return the number of substandard products, the number of lost products was significantly lower after the precise management implementation (P< 0.05); for high value consumables check time, the control group daily time-consuming to (2.5 ± 0.3)h, the observation group was (0.6 ± 0.1)h; the control group total leakage billing 30 pieces, the observation group only leakage 2 pieces; in the event of lost and return events, wrong note events, the control group a total of 5, 8, 9, while the observation group only for 1, 3, 3, the difference was statistically significant(P> 0.05).

    Conclusions

The Da Vinci robot high value consumables management to make the cost collection more accurate, real-time, reduce the operation link, improve work efficiency, reduce the occurrence of risk events, improve the patient′s satisfaction.

Accurate three-dimensional laparoscopic liver tumor resection application analysis
Bing Wang, Bin Wen, Daiyu He, Fangang Meng, Yongjun Xi
    Chinese Journal of Laparoscopic Surgery(Electronic Edition) 2016, 09 (01): 48-51. DOI: 10.3877/cma.j.issn.1674-6899.2016.01.013
    Abstract (21) HTML (0) PDF (518 KB) (0)
    Objectives

To investigate the application value of accurate three-dimensional laparoscopic anatomical liver resection.

    Methods

The clinical data of 10 cases of liver cancer were analyzed retrospectively.

    Results

The operations were performed successfully in 10 cases, including 8 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 2 cases of hepatic hemangioma, average intraoperative bleeding was (216 ± 6) ml, the average postoperative hospitalization time was (10 ± 3) days, due to the cut in less bleeding in the liver, clear vision, operation time shorter. No bile leakage, bleeding and other complications occurred. 1-3 d anal exhaust after surgery, 5-11 d recovered and discharged.

    Conclusions

Laparoscopic Accurate three-dimensiond anatomical liver resection for separation of intrahepatic duct structure has certain advantages, and helps to control bleeding during the operation, applicable to liver tumor anatomical liver resection, especially in half liver resection.
