Abstract:
Objective
To investigate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic pancreatic tumor enucleation combined with intraoperative pancreatic duct stenting.
Methods
The clinical data of a case of pancreatic solid pseudopapillary neoplasms who underwent laparoscopic pancreatic tumor resection combined with pancreatic duct stenting in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Medical School of Zhejiang University in May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.
Results
The operation was successful, with the endoscopic operation time of 240 minutes and intraoperative blood loss of about 20 ml. 12 days after surgery, the patient was discharged with abdominal drainage tube. The drainage tube was removed half a month after surgery, and the pancreatic duct stent was removed by reexamination one month later. Postoperative pathology was considered as pancreatic solid pseudopapillary neoplasms.
Conclusions
Laparoscopic pancreatic neck tumor resection combined with pancreatic duct stenting is feasible and safe without obvious pancreatic fistula.
