The clinical utilization of laparoscopic combine mini-incision hepatectomy

Objective

To explore the value of the laparoscopic combine mini-incision hepatectomy.

Methods

The clinical data of 13 patients with performed with laparoscopic combine mini-incision hepatectomy were analyzed retrospectively, included 10 primary hepatocarcinoma, 2 hepatolithiasis and 1 false tumor.

Results

All 13 patients were performed with laparoscopic combine mini-incision hepatectomy. The mean operative time was(120-270)minutes, (176.92±51.38)minutes. The mean blood loss was(50-400)ml, (146.15±100.96)ml. Ambulation resumed on the first day and liquid diet resumed on the first day after operation. The average hospital stay was(4-10)days, (6.30±2.14)days. There was no death and operative complications.

Conclusions

Laparoscopic combine mini-incision hepatectomy is performed more conveniently with mini-invasion and fast recovery, which can be a choice of hepatectomy and laparoscopic or robotic hepatectomy converted to open surgery.
