Abstract:
Objective
To explore the application effect of fast track surgery in operation room nursing.
Methods
The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiao Tong University Medical College, from Aug. 2015 to Jun. 2016, 100 cases of gastrointestinal surgery as the research target, the 100 cases underwent laparoscopic surgery, the laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 50 patients. One group was a control group of patients who received routine care, and a group of patients in the experimental group using the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The fasting time, recovery time of bowel sound, exhaust time, defecation time, hospitalization time, complication rate for the clinical evaluation of clinical effect of two groups of patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.
Results
Fasting time, borborygmus test group and control group in the recovery time, exhaust time, defecation time, hospitalization time, complication incidence[(23.1 ± 2.3)h vs (32.4 ± 5.5)h, (26.1 ± 3.7)h vs (31.0 ± 3.1)h, (41.6 ± 2.6)h vs (65.2 ± 2.3)h, (49.4 ± 3.8)h vs (62.0 ± 4.7)h, (6.4 ± 1.7)d vs (10.0 ± 1.5)d, 4.0% vs 12.0%]. There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusions
Rapid rehabilitation surgery concept is a scientific and effective nursing concept, operation room nursing applied in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery, can improve the nursing effect, can reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
