Quality of nursing experience of elderly patients with choledocholithiasis undergoing ERCP

Objective

To investigate the quality of nursing care in elderly patients with choledocholithiasis undergoing ERCP.

Methods

70 cases of patients with choledocholithiasis undergoing ERCP were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given conventional nursing(35 cases), the observation group was given quality of nursing intervention(35 cases), compared and observed the clinical efficacy of the two groups [33 cases(94.3%)vs 25 cases(71.4%), P<0.05].

Results

The satisfaction with care and effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group.

Conclusions

The quality of nursing care in elderly patients with choledocholithiasis undergoing ERCP can accelerated elderly patients revovery, can improve clinical efficacy and can reduce hospital stay.
