Abstract:
Objecive To investigate the safety and feasibility of embedding the stump of gastroduodenal artery in the caudate lobe of liver in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy to prevent postoperative bleeding.
Methods After routine laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy, the stump of the gastroduodenal artery was embedded in the fissure between the caudate lobe of the liver and the left liver, and the 2-0 absorbable suture was used for 8-shaped suture.
Results The patient completed the operation successfully, the operation time was 150 min, the intraoperative bleeding volume was 100 ml, and the postoperative recovery was smooth.
Conclusions The method of embedding the stump of gastroduodenal artery in the caudate lobe of liver is simple and easy, and the anti-corrosion ability of parenchymal organs can effectively prevent postoperative bleeding.
