Abstract:

Objective

To explore the application value of inflatable sealed extract bag in laparoscopic surgery.

Methods

Laparoscopic technique and inflatable sealed extract bag were performed in 167 patients (87 cases for laparoscopic myomectomy of which 2 cases due to abnormal appearance of the tumor by rapid pathology, and then expand the scope of uterine adenoma resection in the laparoscopic surgery, 34 cases of uterine fibroidectomy, 9 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy, 12 cases of laparoscopic teratoma enucleation, 17 cases of side attachment for benign ovarian cancer, 8 cases of laparoscopic ovarian teratoma removal, 1cases of ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma due to rapid pathology to expand of the scope of surgery in laparoscopic).

Results

All of the 167 cases operations were performed underwent laparoscopic. Among them, the casing was not reliable, 2 cases were re-placed the inflatable sealed extract bag to successfully remove tumor due to casing fixed unreliable cased sleeve finger slip which resulting in a new poor confinement, and another 165 cases were removed the specimen from the abdominal cavity using the inflatable sealed extract bag one-time and without any complications.

Conclusion

Using inflatable sealed extract bag in gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively avoid the contents of the specimen left in the abdominal cavity, prevent the spread of tumor planting, reduce the abdominal cavity and incision pollution, and reduce the incidence of complications. Therefore, the retriever device should be popularized.
