Abstract:

Objective

The clinical value of preoperative localization of CT guided coil in thoracoscopic resection of solitary pulmonary nodules.

Methods

In our hospital, 32 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules were treated with CT before operation, and then the pulmonary wedge resection of solitary pulmonary nodules. The success rate, complications and fluoroscopy assisted thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung lesions.

Results

Coil positioning success rate of 100%, 2 cases(6.25%) of pneumothorax, 3 cases (9.38%) of local lung hemorrhage, and 1 case (3.13%) of pneumothorax and local lung hemorrhage, VATS wedge resection of the success rate of 100%, without thoracotomy, no stapler cut coil leads to the part residual. Excision time (15.61±5.23) min.

Conclusions

The accuracy of coil positioning application of solitary pulmonary nodules before surgery, no serious complications, it is difficult to shift off the coil, the method is simple, low cost, after positioning the fluoroscopy location easy to recognize, is a feasible method for preoperative localization.
