探讨日间肝切除术的临床疗效和安全性。

收集并总结2024年7月27日和2024年8月2日于解放军总医院第一医学中心接受日间肝切除术的2例患者的临床信息、围手术期及预后资料，阐述患者围手术期管理流程；分析手术时间、术中出血量、手术方式、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生等指标。

2例患者中，1例男性，1例女性；年龄分别为69岁和54岁；体质量指数(body mass index，BMI)分别为23.7 kg/m²和23.9 kg/m²；2例均实施微创肝切除术，其中1例为机器人肝脏肿瘤局部切除术，1例为腹腔镜模式化肝左外叶切除术。手术操作时间32 min和25 min；术中出血量均少于10 ml；无输血；术后24 h内出院。随访14 d，无Ⅱ级以上并发症发生，无14 d内再次入院。

在合适的患者中，日间肝切除术是安全可行的。

To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the ambulatory surgery applied to hepatectomy.

We obtained the data of two patients who underwent ambulatory surgery hepatectomy at the Faculty of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery, The First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital on July 27, 2024 and August 2, 2024. We reported the detailed perioperative management process, and summarized operation time, intraoperative blood loss, surgical approach, postoperative hospital stays, and occurrence of postoperative complications.

Among the two patients, one was male and the other was female, their ages were 69 and 54 years old respectively, their body mass indexes (BMI) were 23.7 kg/m² and 23.9 kg/m² respectively, both patients underwent minimally invasive hepatectomy, the male with diagnosis of hepatic metastasis underwent robotic partial liver resection, and the female underwent laparoscopic standardized left lateral segment liver resection (LLLR). During the perioperative period, both patients were managed according to the ambulatory surgery operation standards established by the Faculty of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery, the First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital. The operation times were 32 minutes and 25 minutes, respectively, intraoperative blood loss was less than 10 ml in both patients, there was no blood transfusion, and both were discharged within 24 hours postoperatively. Follow-up at 14 days showed no complications of grade Ⅱ or above, and there was no readmission within 14 days.

Performing hepatectomy according to the ambulatory surgery is safe and feasible.
