Application of NOSES in colorectal cancer surgery

目的

评价在结直肠肿瘤切除术中应用经自然腔道取标本手术(natural orifice specimen extraction surgery，NOSES)的安全性及可行性。

方法

回顾性分析江苏省苏北人民医院自2016年7月至2018年4月实施的10例NOSES结直肠肿瘤手术的患者资料。

结果

10例患者顺利完成NOSES结直肠肿瘤切除术，无中转开腹或经腹部辅助切口取出标本，平均手术时间(161±42.4)min，平均术中出血量(29±27.2)ml，平均清扫淋巴结(12.3±3.2)枚，平均术后排气时间(2.8±0.9)d，平均术后住院时间(11±2.3)d。其中1例患者术后出现吻合口瘘，行回肠造口治疗后好转；其余患者未见并发症。

结论

NOSES技术在结直肠肿瘤手术中是安全、可行的。

Objective

To analyze the natural orifice specimen extraction surgery′s safety and feasibility in colorectal tumor surgery.

Methods

A retrospective analysis of 10 patients with natural orifice specimen extraction surgery (NOSES)performed by Northern Jiangsu Province Hospital from Jul. 2016 to Apr. 2018.

Results

Ten patients completed the natural orifice specimen extraction surgery successfully, and all patients avoided auxiliary incision or sampling through abdominal auxiliary incision. The average operation time was (161±42.4) min, the average intraoperative bleeding volume was (29±27.2) ml, the average number of lymph nodes was (12.3±3.2), the average postoperative exhaust time was (2.8±0.9)d, and the average postoperative discharge time was (11±2.3)d. Anastomotic fistula appeared in one patient, and recovered after ileostomy.

Conclusions

In colorectal cancer surgery, the NOSES technology was feasible and safe.
