微创手术广泛应用于宫颈癌的治疗,但机器人辅助腹腔镜手术在宫颈癌根治性手术中常有泌尿系统损伤、神经损伤、血管损伤、淋巴损伤等并发症,本文对机器人宫颈癌手术中并发症的类型、发生原因及处理方法进行总结,并从术前评估、术中操作、术后管理等角度总结并发症的预防措施。

Minimally invasive surgery has been widely adopted in the treatment of cervical cancer. However, robot-assisted laparoscopic radical hysterectomy, a representative minimally invasive procedure, is frequently associated with specific complications, including urinary tract injury, nerve injury, vascular injury, and lymphatic injury. This article reviews the types, etiologies, and management strategies of these complications in robotic surgery for cervical cancer, and summarizes preventive measures from the perspectives of preoperative evaluation, intraoperative technique, and postoperative management.
