肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是全球男性和女性癌症相关死亡的主要原因,因此肺癌的早期诊断是改善远期生存的重要手段[1]。由于胸部低剂量螺旋CT扫描在肺癌筛查及健康体检中的普遍应用,肺结节的检出率明显上升,但是由于绝大多数肺结节位于肺外周并且较小,因此肺结节的正确诊断和精准治疗就成为重要的挑战,特别是对于影像学诊断上高危的结节,如何明确诊断是关键所在。
