目的

探究内镜下多环黏膜套扎术(endoscopic multiple mucosal ligation，EMML)治疗胃食管反流病(gastro-esphageal renux disease，GERD)的有效性及安全性。

方法

回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年12月EMML治疗的17例GERD患者临床资料，比较手术前后食管24 h pH-阻抗监测(DeMeester)评分、GERD问卷量表(GERD-Q)症状评分及并发症情况。

结果

所有17例患者均成功进行了EMML，手术成功率100%，无严重的治疗相关并发症及死亡病例的发生。与术前比较，术后DeMeesler评分、pH<4时间百分比、反流次数、长反流次数、长反流持续时间及GERD-Q评分均明显降低。

结论

EMML方法简单、创伤小，近期疗效确切，具有良好的临床应用前景。

Objective

To explore safety and efficacy of endoscopic multiple mucosal ligation (EMML) for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Methods

In the study 17 patients with GERD received EMML from Jun. 2019 to Dec. 2020. The 24 h esophageal pH-resistance monitoring (DeMeester) scores, GERD-questionnaires (GERD-Q) symptom scores and clinical efficacy before and after operation were compared.

Results

All of patients received EMML successively and none severe complication was observed. DeMeester score, GERD-Q symptom score significantly decreased after surgery.

Conclusions

EMML is a feasible, safe and effective method treatment for gastro-esophageal reflux.
