目的

总结机器人辅助腹腔镜手术患者体位的安全管理经验和护理体会。

方法

对西安交通大学第一附属医院新开展的机器人手术60例腹部手术患者的资料进行回顾性分析,总结机器人辅助腔镜手术的体位安置要求和注意点,做到心中有数,得心应手。

结果

成功完成60例机器人辅助腹腔镜手术患者的配合。手术均顺利完成,手术医师满意,均未发生因体位不当而导致的手术操作困难及术后各种并发症的发生。

结论

由于机器人辅助手术在体位安置中除具有传统手术的共性外,更具有其特殊性。机器人辅助手术的体位安置有别于常规腔镜手术,探讨和总结机器人辅助手术的体位安全,有助于预防由于体位不当对患者造成的损伤,更有利于从传统手术护理中找出机器人手术的特殊护理关键点,保证手术的顺利进行。

Objective

To summarize robot-assisted laparoscopic abdominal surgery patient safety position management experience and nursing experience.

Methods

60 cases of robotic abdominal surgery patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.

Results

The operations were successfully completed. There was no difficulty caused by improper posture.

Conclusions

Robot-assisted surgery placement position different from the conventional laparoscopic surgery, Appropriate surgical position can ensure smooth operation.
